Our Science topic this term is all about plants and what they need to grow. We have carried out lots of different investigations this half term including changing different variables to see if we can find out the perfect conditions for plant growth. We found out that plants need water and sunlight to grow healthily. Our cress and bean experiment showed us that plants without light will still grow but the roots and shoots will not be as healthy as those that have sunlight. Out Bean in the Bag experiment allowed us to see the plant growth that usually happens beneath the soil.
