We started the week off in Year Three with Odd Sock Day. It’s an opportunity to encourage people to express themselves and celebrate their individuality and what makes us all unique!
We also read a book called ‘Mud Boy.’ It is a story about a boy who is bullied at school and what he does to feel better. We thought about what type of ‘mud words’ we might have heard and how it would make us feel to hear them. Then we thought about kind ‘rainbow words’ that we could use. It was lovely to hear how these words would make us feel.
