Today Year 3 investigated what Stone Age people ate. We discovered that they would hunt animals but also gather fruits, berries and nuts. We sorted the ‘gatherings’ into poisonous and edible. Then we also organised them into the seasons they were available. There were not many ripe in winter so we had to discuss what we thought they would do so they didn’t starve!
