    Hit the Button

    To help us with our times tables, we have been learning to count in steps of 2,5 and 10. After the holidays we will be starting to use TTRS. In the meantime, have a go at Hit the Button. It's a fun multiple choice game to help you develop confidence with your times tables. Enjoy!

    Our first unit in ICT in Making Music. Today we explored making music with instruments by selecting 2 different instruments and making a pattern and rhythm with our partner. We are looking forward to making music on the computers in the next few weeks.

    Commando Joe's Team Work

    Working as a team is a tricky skill for many of us but Year 2 were amazing as they navigated their way up and down 'the River Thames' making sure that no one in their team got left behind. Great communication and team work skills on show, year 2!

    Commando Joe's Great Fire of London

    Our first Commando Joe's lesson took us all the way back to London, 1666. Our houses were on fire and we needed to collect water from the River Thames to try to stop the fire. We needed to work as a team to transport as much water as possible. Great team work, Year 2.
