On Friday night, the Year 5 Crookhill Cobras were back in action at the Vertu Motors Arena (home of the Newcastle Eagles) to take part in the Gateshead Hoops 4 Health Championship series. After a dominant 6-0 winning performance in the semi final, the Cobras were in the final to be played at half time of the Eagles game. They played phenomenally throughout the game. But despite a reported 18-2 shot count, and after a disallowed basket, they sadly lost the final by one basket. We are so proud of their performance throughout the night and during the whole tournament. They played incredibly well and left with their heads held high. Well done Reo, James, Joe, Finlay, Lacey, Isla and Lexie!
