Today, we had to adapt our biscuit recipe to try and improve the appearance, taste and smell of the biscuit. We worked in groups to come up with ways to adapt the recipe.
Table 1 added cocoa powder,
Table 2 added honey
Table 3 added lemon flavouring
Table 4 added choc chips
Table 5 added red food colouring.
We can’t wait to taste the newly improved biscuits.
